Welcome to Tom’s Cakes
Every single cake and biscuit we sell is hand-made and baked in small batches in our Cambridgeshire bakery. We do not use any mixes – everything is made from scratch using only natural ingredients.
Our eggs are free range from local farms, our flour is milled in Essex and our vegetables are from the Fens. In season, our fruit is from local farmers and our lavender is from Norfolk. We take the provenance of our ingredients extremely seriously.
Our wide range flows with the seasons – be it a light summer Lavender Cake or an autumn Bramley Apple and Cinnamon Cake. We also produce a delicious range of handmade biscuits.
Tom Dolby is the pastry chef most stirred by the season’s harvest, starting with the early candy-pink rhubarb through to that last fuzzy yellow quince…. A gem.
