For those who prefer a sponge to a rich fruit cake we offer a choice of either vanilla or chocolate beneath this festively decorated icing. Our classic vanilla sponge comes with a jam and buttercream filling or our rich chocolate cake with a layer of chocolate fudge frosting. The tricky part is deciding which one to choose!*
