There's a certain creativity in the baking we do here at Tom’s Cakes; Instead of the monotonous methods of industrial baking, here we produce smaller amounts of quality products, with ranges that change through the seasons in a traditional and consistent manner.

From using free range eggs from the neighboring farms to locally grown fen carrots and bramley apples to name but a few, we try to source as many of the ingredients as locally as possible.  
 
We use traditional baking methods with the emphasis on making a consistent product, ensuring that every cake is as good as the last.  
 
Our dedicated team work in a purpose built bakery, they are highly skilled and passionate about their work  
 
All cakes are made from scratch, starting with raw ingredients; there are no prepared mixes or preservatives used in our cakes, only the finest ingredients, which helps give the cakes that extra home made appeal.  
 
Our cakes and biscuits are hand wrapped and tied with ribbon, to make an ideal gift.  
 
While appealing to the tastes of today, the bakery is always keen to find the tastes of tomorrow, trying new recipes and looking for new and interesting products
